Compassionate psychiatric care to help you feel like yourself again
At Mindful Psychiatry & Wellness, I bring compassion and clarity to every session. My approach is simple: listen first, plan together, and focus on what truly supports your well-being. Care here is collaborative—your story, your goals, and your comfort come first.
I know how hard it can feel when life isn't going the way you hoped. Maybe you've tried pushing through on your own, but the worry, sadness, or stress just won't lift.
You don't have to carry it all by yourself anymore.
As your provider, my role is to listen closely, understand your story, and work alongside you to create a plan that feels manageable and realistic. I believe the best care comes from teamwork—where your goals and values guide our next steps, and my job is to help you see a path forward.
Why Psychiatry?
Early in my career, I saw how often mental health was treated as an afterthought — something addressed only when everything else had been ruled out. I knew I wanted to change that. Psychiatry gave me the chance to sit with people during some of their hardest moments and offer something that feels increasingly rare in medicine: time, attention, and genuine connection. Every day, I'm reminded why I chose this path — because when someone finally feels heard, that's where healing begins.
When I'm not seeing patients, you'll most likely find me outdoors with my two dogs — hiking, exploring new trails, or just enjoying a quiet walk. Being in nature is my own form of self-care, and it's a big part of what keeps me grounded and energized.

I'm a firm believer that wellness isn't just something we talk about in sessions — it's something we practice in our everyday lives. Whether it's time spent outside, a good book, or simply slowing down, I think the small things matter more than we realize.
