Compassionate psychiatric care to help you feel like yourself again

At Mindful Psychiatry & Wellness, I bring compassion and clarity to every session. My approach is simple: listen first, plan together, and focus on what truly supports your well-being. Care here is collaborative—your story, your goals, and your comfort come first.

I know how hard it can feel when life isn't going the way you hoped. Maybe you've tried pushing through on your own, but the worry, sadness, or stress just won't lift.

You don't have to carry it all by yourself anymore.

As your provider, my role is to listen closely, understand your story, and work alongside you to create a plan that feels manageable and realistic. I believe the best care comes from teamwork—where your goals and values guide our next steps, and my job is to help you see a path forward.

What to Expect

Collaborative Care

Have questions about medications? Together, we can explore those questions and so much more.

Adult-Focused

I focus on adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stressors, or life changes who want a collaborative approach.

Telehealth Available

Online appointments create a flexible environment to begin your journey without the stress of coming to an office.

My Philosophy

Three Pillars of Healing

I like to keep things simple: we'll always come back to self-care, therapy, and medication. Sometimes small lifestyle changes make a big difference; other times, it takes the right combination of supports working together.

Easy to Talk To

Over the years, patients have told me they've never had a provider who listened to them and paid attention to the details quite like I do. Being attentive to details and an active listener can make all the difference in the success of your treatment plan. I make sure you never feel rushed—our conversations are a safe space where you can share openly and feel genuinely heard.

"Low and Slow" Approach

We'll take our time to build trust and ensure your comfort—in me, in any medication, and in the process. This allows you time to adjust and provide feedback as you progress in your journey.

My Approach

Four core principles guide everything I do

Compassionate

I create a safe environment where you feel truly heard and understood.

Evidence-Based

My treatments are grounded in scientific research and proven methods.

Holistic

I consider your complete well-being—physical, emotional, and social.

Mindful

I help you develop awareness and coping strategies for lasting resilience.
